三用紫外分析儀介紹
三用紫外分析儀采用石英玻璃紫外燈管及濾色片組成，兩組光源的波長分別為254nm和365nm。光源經(jīng)濾色片即可用于實(shí)驗(yàn)，兩種光源既能單獨(dú)使用亦可同時混合使用。

一、用途：
在科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)工作中它是檢測許多主要物質(zhì)如蛋白質(zhì)、核苷酸等的必要儀器。
在**生產(chǎn)和研究中，可用來檢查**生物質(zhì)堿、維生素等各種能產(chǎn)生熒光藥品的質(zhì)量，它特別適宜作薄層分析、紙層分析斑點(diǎn)和檢測。
在染料涂料、橡膠、石油等化學(xué)行業(yè)中，測定各種熒光材料、熒光指示劑及添加劑，鑒別不同種類的原油和橡膠制品。
在紡織化學(xué)纖維中可用于測定不同種類的原材料如羊毛、真絲人造纖維、棉花、合成纖維并可檢查成品質(zhì)量。
在糧油、蔬菜、食品部門可用于檢查霉素（如黃曲霉素等）、食品添加劑、變質(zhì)的蔬菜、水果、巧克力、脂肪、蜂蜜、糖、蛋等的質(zhì)量。
還可用于公安部門的證件鑒別等。

二、儀器結(jié)構(gòu)：
    本儀器采用波長分別254nm、365nm的石英紫外線燈管各一組及濾色片組成。為層析板點(diǎn)樣、定位照明，座內(nèi)還裝有一根普通熒光燈。整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、輕便、零件通用性強(qiáng)、使用維修便捷。

三、技術(shù)性能：
1、紫外濾光片尺寸：50mm×200mm
2、燈管管壓：50V±10V。3、電源：220V±10%  50HZ

四、使用和注意事項(xiàng)：
1、連接上電源后，打開“開/關(guān)”點(diǎn)亮燈管，即可將被檢測的樣品放在燈下觀察分析，如果將儀器放置在暗室中或用黑布遮去亮光，效果更佳。
2、紫外濾色片不能和金屬物體碰擦，不能受力，表面應(yīng)保持干燥清潔，應(yīng)該常用酒精或乙醚等擦拭，防濾色片霉變。
3、操作人員使用時，應(yīng)將紫外線對準(zhǔn)樣品照射，避免照射到人體，*好戴上眼鏡，以免對人體造成傷害。

Four, use and matters needing attention:
1, connect power supply, open "open/close" light bulbs, canbedetected in light of the sample under observation, if theequipmentin darkroom or use cloth to light, the effect will bebetter.
2, uv filters cannot and metal objects, cannot stress, rubbedclean,dry surface should be used alcohol ether or should be wiped,colourfilter mildew.
3, when using, operators shall, avoid ultravioletirradiationsamples on the human body, the best irradiation glasses,lest causeharm to human body.
